What would IBOT be without its legendary Players Parties?
Who gives everything during the day, has earned the time out in the evening. Our Players Party with DJ, dance floor and bar operation provides a highlight outside the sports halls.
When: Saturday and Sunday from 20:30
Who: All players with guest card
Where: Abdera Biberach - adjacent to the tournament area

Here is a packing list for your orientation. Of course, the packing list is also dependent on the weather conditions, so check the weather forecast again before your arrival, so that you do not pack unnecessary things.

Check-in

The first thing you have to do when you arrive in Biberach is to check in at the tournament office in the Wilhelm-Leger-Halle. Here you will receive your guest cards, which will give you access to the overnight accommodations at the school. Check-in on Friday is possible from 15:00.
Please note that a deposit of 200€ per team (not club) has to be paid in cash or via Paypal at the check-in. The deposit will be returned to you at check-out, provided there are no violations of the rules of conduct.
Dinner Friday

To recharge your batteries before the opening ceremony, we will offer you a meal in the Wilhelm Leger Halle on Friday from 3:00 to 6:00pm.
To ensure that we only order the food you actually need, we require you to place an order in advance, including prepayment. You will receive your meal vouchers at the check-in in the tournament office.
Our chef has the following menus on offer, suitable for Good Friday:
- Swabian Maultaschen with potato salad and gravy incl. mineral water
- Vegetarian Maultaschen with potato salad and sauce incl. mineral water
Price: 7,50€ per meal
Pre-orders are accepted by mail (mail@ibot-bc.de) until March 8th.
Opening cerenomy

Traditionally we start the IBOT with the opening ceremony.
Also this year, the organizing team has come up with an exciting program, during which we will welcome the individual teams to BIberach.
When: Friday evening at 20:00
Where: Wilhelm-Leger-Hall.

Hall opening hours

The halls will be opened about 1h before the first game, so there will be enough time for warming up.
The PG hall will be opened already at 6:30am so that the cabins can be used for morning hygiene.
Breakfast

Because breakfast is not only proverbially the most important meal of the day, our rich breakfast buffet is waiting for you daily from 7:00 - 10:30 am. The buffet is located in the cafeteria of the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium - between the PG and the WG hall.
We are happy to accommodate food intolerances and special dietary requirements - please contact the organization team before the start of the tournament.
Those who have not booked breakfast can also buy breakfast spontaneously for a payment of 6,50€.

Coaches' Evening

While the youths finish the day at the Players Party, we invite all coaches to a cozy get-together at the Coaches' Hockete.
The physical well-being is well taken care of.
When: Saturday and Sunday from 21:00
Who: All coaches and all who feel too old for the Players Party.
Where: Tuvalu next to the Abdera - adjacent to the tournament area
Departure day

Please restore the classroom to its original condition - in return you will receive a confirmation from the guard as a condition for receiving the deposit. Classrooms must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on Monday morning.
From 11 a.m. the final games will take place in the Wilhelm-Leger-Halle, where a loud support is not to be missed!

Thank you and goodbye at the latest after the final of the male U19 on Monday afternoon.
But before that you should stop by the tournament office to pick up your deposit.
